At South Pine Kindy we value play highly. Children’s ideas are supported and encouraged. 

Our environment is also set up to be flexible and to facilitate children’s ideas. Play areas are not prescribed, furniture is not fixed and we have many resources available for children to collect and use within their play. The indoor environment offers children access to open ended materials (eg boxes, collage, art materials etc) that they can use in individual and flexible ways as they enact their ideas, problem solve and enhance their play at kindy. 

Each day will look different as ideas of both children’ and Educator come together to inform planning decisions.

Everyday at South Pine is full of new opportunities for children to create, imagine, climb, build construct, discover and explore friendships, test their physical limits on the obstacle course in our outdoor environment.
